The Online Auction May Be Gone, But Our Mission Goes On!

Even though our auction has ended, our organization and our mission have not. We would greatly appreciate your continued support in terms of time, effort and funding, and will do our best to keep you up to date on future activities.

In 2008 we will conduct one large mission serving two separate locations in Nicaragua, and continue to donate containers of medical supplies to local charities and foreign foundations.  The direct costs of the Nicaragua mission alone are budgeted at $105,000.  In addition, we have costs of approximately $90,000 per year to operate our warehouse in Harrahan, La., which is where the donated equipment and supplies are collected, organized, and packaged for overseas shippment.  

According to our independently audited 2007 financial statements, 92% of our costs are consumed by these program expenses, with the remainder spent on administration and fundraising.  So you can be assured that any donation you make will be very effective in providing medical assistance to the poor in the countries we serve.
